Finverse Fellowship
Overview
The Finverse Fellowship offers a microgrant, learning resources, networking opportunities, and recognition for financial-health-focused organizations planning to put Finverse recommendations into action. This funding is available to accelerate the work of these organizations and document their progress.
Each organization will select an internal champion for Finverse to be a featured Finverse fellow and the main point of contact to document learnings.

Commitments for a Fellow
- Monthly check-ins for project duration

- Be a Finverse champion in your community by creating awareness about the product and your work
- Support data.org outreach activities to spotlight your and your organization’s work in the sector
Who Should Apply?
You are working on a specific project advancing financial health outcomes. The following project examples can give you a sense of the kind of work Finverse can support:
You work for an NGO in Indonesia running a women’s savings program that collects attendance and transaction data but struggles to capture why participants drop off.
You are a product manager at a lending platform in the Philippines that has data spread across multiple systems — loan applications, repayment records, and customer interactions — but can’t connect them to identify which borrowers are at risk before they default.
You work for a financial service provider (FSP), fintech, financial inclusion-focused nonprofit/ NGO, bank, or credit union.
Your project is based in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, or Singapore.
Key Dates
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis
- Apply by May 15, 2026
- Selection by June 10, 2026
- A virtual fellow meet in July, 2026
- A virtual project progress check-in by August 12, 2026
