Awardees
Overview
Selected from a pool of more than 500 applications across 82 countries, the five AI2AI Challenge awardees bring AI solutions with the potential for replicable and scalable impact. Each of the Challenge awardees is using innovative approaches that tackle very different aspects of inclusive economic growth, underscoring the intersectional nature and complexity of these pressing social problems. Several of these solutions address issues faced by small businesses, from urban shopkeepers to beekeepers; others recognize the critical importance of underlying social support systems like disaster relief, government financial assistance programs, and a well-informed healthcare workforce.
One thread unites all five awardees – existing instances of AI that organizations can expand upon and scale. With the funding and technical assistance made available through the AI2AI Challenge, awardees are able to grow, scale, and fully explore the ways this novel technology can drive social impact through inclusive growth.
