Utkarsh Agarwal is a public policy professional with five years of work experience in diverse sectors with an undergraduate degree in history from Delhi University and post postgraduate degree in public policy from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. I have been a Teach for India fellow in Hyderabad, followed by managing my family business for its growth and expansion during the two years of the COVID-19 pandemic. After earning my Master’s in Data Science in Health and Climate Change for Social Impact at IIIT-Delhi, I worked as a management consultant with KPMG in Government Advisory and Public Service WASH function before joining the IDCA Fellowship.
