Responsible for the full philanthropic lifecycle from defining regional strategy to executing grants and measuring impact across North America and Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the philanthropic strategy for the Americas, balancing high-profile initiatives with local grants, and leading the identification of AI-first interventions that leverage technology for maximum social impact.
- Oversee the full grant lifecycle for the multiple-country portfolio, from major investment evaluation and due diligence to ensure governance, compliance, and internal controls.
- Serve as an internal advisor on critical trends (e.g., future of workforce, digital equity), managing executive policy and country leadership to align social impact with business priorities.
- Build and maintain a consequential partner network with governments, non-profits, and academic institutions, serving as a public ambassador and leading regional thought-leadership.
- Partner with research teams to set clear impact metrics, managing reporting and insights to guide portfolio adaptation, inform regional strategy, and ensure transparent communication of outcomes.
Skillset
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in development, program, or project management.
- 10 years of experience in people management.
- 8 years of experience in philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, or international development.
