Overview
The AI Readiness Diagnostic is a self-assessment tool designed to help organizations evaluate their preparedness before launching an AI pilot. The diagnostic covers four key areas: design for justice and equity, strategic purpose, knowledge and skills, and data and systems. It is intended to be completed collaboratively across technology, evaluation, and program teams, and upon completion, organizations receive a customized report with score interpretations, recommended next steps, and supporting resources. Responses are kept confidential and aggregated to help build a broader understanding of where the field stands on AI readiness.
