Edrea Lee is the Co-Founder and CEO of Vespid, a gamified financial literacy platform based in Malaysia. Originally from Kuching, Sarawak, she previously worked in strategy consulting and operations at ZUS Coffee before going full-time on Vespid in August 2025. Vespid offers bite-sized courses in English and Bahasa Malaysia, helping users aged 15 to 35 build real financial skills through game mechanics like streaks, leaderboards, and rewards. The platform serves financial institutions, universities, corporates, and government agencies through a B2B2C model. Edrea has been featured on BFM 89.9 and Vulcan Post, and won USD 10,000 at the University of Michigan’s optiMize Social Innovation Challenge.
