Pratibha Singh works as Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Manager for Access to Finance & Livelihoods at Samhita-Collective Good Foundation, where she manages impact evaluation for blended finance programs and is developing the Pre-Credit Score (PCS), a credit-risk model for new to credit and thin file borrowers combining alternative, field-verified data with traditional signals to expand credit for micro to nano entrepreneurs. She is also actively involved in writing a diversity of proposals. With seven years of experience across farming communities, government bodies, and philanthropic institutions in India, Pratibha specializes in qualitative field insights and applied econometrics with causal inference methods. Prior to Samhita-CGF, she worked with PRADAN in Madhya Pradesh, where she built financial intermediation systems for women SHG federations, mobilized crores in community assets under MGNREGA, and ran administrative data analysis to identify and address gender gaps in labor participation. She also led product and monitoring design work at The Nudge Institute and Transform Rural India, presenting findings to NRLM state project managers and the MGNREGA Commissioner.
Pratibha is especially interested in agricultural policy, rural credit and debt, and labor markets — an interest she is extending into independent work on the global gap in Agricultural Industrial Policy. She is driven by a commitment to social justice and to connecting rigorous data analysis with the realities of the marginalized communities and governance systems it aims to serve.
