Help drive evidence-based strategies and improvements to support the organization’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis to support planning, performance, and evaluation.
- Provide reports at all levels of the CoC (as needed).
- Create, publish, and provide narrative interpretation for data visualization.
- Create and maintain front-end development of advanced report templates and custom reports in HMIS.
- Provide training to HMIS users related to reports and visualizations created.
- Stay up to date on program requirements and changes.
- Lead data literacy initiatives.
- Vet any research project proposals and act as data analyst.
- Lead research component of annual PIT count.
Skillset
- High energy and a passion for the CoC’s mission and goals.
- 2+ years experience with HMIS (or equivalent).
- 3+ years experience in research.
- Proficient in data visualization software and dashboard software.
- Statistical analysis software.
- GIS software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines.
- Superb organizational skills, with the proven ability to create and implement efficient development systems, plan strategically, allocate work, set, and manage objectives, analyze and mitigate risk, and create and manage projects.
- Ability to excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, diverse, results-oriented environment, and to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
