Take existing operational programs and drive them to completion, focusing on making things happen through superior execution and maintaining momentum to rigorously meet deadlines and milestones to drive change.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of stakeholder initiatives by translating strategies and action plans into exceptional outcomes.
  • Coordinate day-to-day implementation activities for stakeholder initiatives, surfacing and managing risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Develop and refine documentation (including playbooks, FAQs, and training materials) and process flows that support consistent implementation across client organizations.
  • Maintain decision logs, process documentation, and other artifacts that support adoption, traceability, and auditability.
  • Create clear, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, graphics, and dashboards to explain concepts, progress, and outcomes to leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and support working groups, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings, including preparation of agendas, pre-reads, facilitation support, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Build strong, diplomatic working relationships with other teams, business owners, legal/policy partners, and other stakeholders to align on expectations and drive implementation.
  • Apply structured, analytical problem-solving to break down complex or ambiguous implementation challenges, analyze options, and support pragmatic solution design.
  • Support mapping of current-state data flows, ownership, and controls, and identify gaps and opportunities to improve governance practices.
  • Track adoption of policies and standards across business units and support remediation plans where gaps or inconsistencies exist. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate and implement policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project implementations.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomatic stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building productive relationships with diverse partners, including senior leaders and technical teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with key stakeholders while managing competing priorities.
  • Basic technical literacy, including understanding of core data and technology concepts (e.g., data lifecycle, metadata, data quality, data access and controls), with the ability to bridge conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • SharePoint skills (repository and process implementation and management) are a plus.
  • Ability to travel to Washington DC as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree +2 years of experience in governance framework development and implementation or Advanced degree
  • Must be a US citizen and willing and able to hold a Public Trust Clearance.
