Abhinav Sharma is a Senior Architect for Generative AI at Cognizant, based in Bengaluru, with more than a decade of experience building AI and data science solutions for enterprise clients. He designs and builds multi-agent AI systems using Neuro-SAN, Cognizant’s open-source agent framework, and has led end-to-end solution design for natural language processing and generative AI platforms on cloud infrastructure, including semantic search, chatbots, case routing, and natural language generation. Much of his work sits at the point where AI moves from prototype to production: optimizing systems for reliability and scale, running use case discovery with clients, and assessing the real business value of a proposed AI solution before it gets built. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli.
