Avinash Laddha is the Senior Data Analyst at data.org, where he applies data science and advanced analytics to support the organization’s global programs and strategic decision-making. He leads the design and development of data infrastructure, analytics pipelines, and visualization tools that power the organization’s global programs and strategic decision-making.
Prior to data.org, Avinash worked as a Data Scientist in India’s fintech sector, where he developed predictive models and data-driven frameworks that optimized marketing strategy and improved user engagement. He has also contributed to data and product initiatives at InMobi and the Indian Institute of Management at Ahmedabad.
Avinash is passionate about ethical data practices, open-source tools, and using data science to drive social impact at scale. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a Post-Graduate degree in Chemistry from BITS Pilani. A self-described philomath, he enjoys reading widely and exploring ideas across disciplines outside of work.
