Carolina currently serves as Manager of Research & Insights at the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth, leading the efforts in the Americas. In this capacity, she supports the development of cutting-edge research agendas, incubation of new ideas and initiatives, and building the Center’s knowledge assets on key strategic areas of focus. The team’s overall goal is to ensure that actionable insights reach public and private sector leaders, helping them to make more informed decisions towards building an inclusive economy.
Prior to this role, she was at the FB Heron Foundation, where she worked to better align the foundation’s endowment and grant-making with its mission. Additionally, Carolina has worked with the private and public sectors alike and is proud to work with her family’s small business, including to help digitize their operations. Carolina holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in organizational behavior and global strategy.
