Gigi Ghanim is the Chief of Staff at data.org where she oversees systems, planning, reporting and financial management for the organization. With an extensive background supporting nonprofits, she works closely with executive teams to tactically manage, operationalize, and integrate strategic planning initiatives across organizations. Before joining data.org, she served as Chief of Staff at Benefits Data Trust proactively assisting the C-Suite leadership team, implementing business development activities and stewarding board cultivation efforts. Prior to that, she served as Program Director at the Center for Middle East Peace & Economic Cooperation instituting diplomatic program initiatives and developing collaborative policy roundtables with The Brookings Institution and The Aspen Institute. Gigi received her MA in International Relations from the Institute of World Politics and a BA in Political Science from Temple University.
