Juan Camilo Rojas Hernández is an International Consultant in Data Analytics and Information Management at the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), currently based in Bogotá, Colombia. He has more than seven years of experience working across public and international settings, with a strong focus on health emergency information management, data analytics, risk assessment, and decision-support systems.

In his current role, he supports the development of analytical and modeling approaches for public health decision-making, information management methodologies for emergency contexts, early warning systems, and artificial intelligence-based analytical methods to strengthen response capacity and operational planning. His background combines public health, environmental health, and advanced analytics. He has worked in multiple contexts on the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation methodologies, as well as indicator-based approaches for decision-making. In addition, he has contributed to the development of models and the standardization of reproducible methodologies based on structured analytical frameworks to optimize surveillance processes across different countries and operational contexts.
