Lindsey Gottschalk is Vice President of Strategy and Partnerships at data.org, where she shapes and stewards cross-sector initiatives that harness data and AI for social impact. In this role, she partners with the senior leadership team to set organizational strategy, drive growth, and cultivate partnerships across philanthropy, technology, and the social impact sector. 

Lindsey has been instrumental in launching and growing data.org’s innovation challenge model, which mobilizes funding, technical assistance, and strategic collaboration to elevate community-driven innovation. She has helped design and launch data.org’s major programs and supports the expansion of data.org’s emerging services portfolio. 

With over 15 years of experience spanning nonprofits, consulting, and public health, Lindsey has a track record of managing complex partnerships, connecting the dots, and delivering measurable results. She is especially energized by finding opportunities for collaboration and shaping solutions that respond to emerging needs and challenges. 

Earlier in her career, Lindsey managed multi-stakeholder initiatives to improve data-driven decision-making and drive systems change across health and community services in the United States. Internationally, she has contributed to advancing research and policy for women’s and reproductive health, building a strong foundation in evidence-based strategy and impact delivery. She holds an MSPH from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
