Michael Ingrassia is Vice President and Senior Managing Counsel for Privacy, AI, and Data Responsibility at Mastercard. He previously served as President and General Counsel at Trūata, a data privacy company, and earlier at Mastercard as Senior Managing Counsel for strategic transactions and global mergers and acquisitions, where he managed acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and investments. Before Mastercard, he was an associate in the M&A group at Latham & Watkins LLP and an associate consultant at L.E.K. Consulting in Boston and London. Michael is a graduate of Trinity College (Hartford) and Georgetown University Law Center.
