Ogbonna Kingsley Victor is a visionary IT researcher, data scientist, and software systems engineer with strong programming expertise in Python, Java, and JavaScript. Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Information Technology at the University of Lagos’ Department of Computer Science, his work centers on developing large language models for low-resource languages and pioneering innovative, data-centric research methodologies.
His research contributions include co-authoring the paper “Natural Gas Spot Price Prediction Using a Machine Learning Data-Centric Approach,” presented at the Society of Petroleum Engineers Nigeria Council (SPE) Annual International Conference. This research highlights his ability to leverage advanced machine learning algorithms to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
Beyond his research endeavors, He has successfully managed and facilitated training programs across multiple tracks—including Data Science, Software Development, and Data Analytics—for over 3,000 participants from diverse backgrounds. His sessions are designed not only to enhance technical skills but also to foster critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
