Rob Segan is the Co-Founder and Head of Technical Direction at Data Elevates. He has more than 20 years of experience in international development, global health, and education, and is passionate about using data and AI to improve health outcomes and increase economic opportunities. In his role at Data Elevates, he has helped manage the successful implementation of social good programs in Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America, and the US. He has specific expertise in capacity-strengthening training and the application of new technologies to increase program outcomes. His experience includes leading digital skills trainings on five continents, and his previous work includes serving as Head of Training for the Generative AI Skills Challenge Award, as Deputy Director of Global Health and Data Use at QED, and as a Senior Technical Advisor in Data, Informatics, and Analytical Solutions. He has an MBA in Health Sector Management and an MPH in Global Health from Boston University.
