Saphira Suwanto is Head of Partnerships at Solve Education! A love of problem-solving and a passion for social impact drew her to one of the world’s most persistent challenges: turning education into social mobility, especially for underserved communities in Asia. She started in Quality Assurance and moved into product development, helping design, test, and iterate the organisation’s AI-powered learning platform. That grounding in the product and its data still shapes how she works: she starts from what the numbers actually show.
For the past two years, she has led Solve Education!’s fundraising and partnerships, managing relationships with funders and corporate partners, overseeing grants and proposals for new initiatives, shaping programme design for funding and feasibility, and leading external communications about the organisation’s work and impact.
Her focus is the link between learning and earning: financial literacy and skills that translate into real economic opportunity, through employment or entrepreneurship. What drives her is watching learners gain not only skills but the confidence and agency to change their own prospects.
Through the Finverse Fellowship, she is focused on strengthening how Solve Education! uses data and AI to deepen that impact across the region.
