Sille Sepp serves as Director of Operations at MyData Global, an international nonprofit aimed at empowering individuals by improving their right to self-determination regarding their personal data. As a founding member of the organization, Sille focuses on supporting data professionals and organizations in developing human-centric personal data-based services and processes, to create more value for individuals, service providers and society at large. Previously, Sille has led the Andmekool (School of Data) initiative in Estonia, focusing on raising data literacy among the public sector and civil society and worked as a research assistant at the Tallinn University. She is an experienced coordinator and training facilitator.
