This free self-assessment tool helps nonprofits in India understand where they stand under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and what to fix first. In about 15 minutes, it walks an organization through 25 questions across five compliance areas—data collection and consent, storage and security, usage and sharing, rights of individuals, and governance and processes—then generates an instant readiness score and an AI-generated 30/90/365-day action plan that can be downloaded as a PDF for boards and funders helping the field see how it is faring as the Act’s obligations phase in through 2027.
