Explore this playbook
This playbook was designed to support organizations across the data maturity continuum in developing workshops and other resources to improve their ability to use data effectively. While reviewing Chapter 3 on its own may allow for a brief understanding of the playbook, reading the playbook in sequence would allow for greater context for developing and implementing a complete data maturity program customized to your needs.
01
Introduction
The idea of building data maturity in an organization is often daunting, but this program showed that it can be done, and this playbook breaks the process down into manageable steps for you to embark on your own data maturity journey.
This playbook is designed to guide you through the process of selecting learning topics for a Data Maturity Course (DMC) using the data.org Data Maturity framework.
The DMC program used a round-based approach, with each round consisting of the following means of SIO support: a workshop, coaching sessions, and peer learning sessions.
04
Evaluation
We recommend that DMC program development be underpinned by a robust Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) strategy.
