Tanvi Divate is the Co-founder of Rani Jobs at Myna Mahila. She holds a degree in Economics and has extensive experience in developing digital solutions focused on healthcare and livelihoods in India.
At RANI Jobs, Tanvi spearheads efforts to provide flexible and dignified employment opportunities for women in India. Her work focuses on increasing female labor force participation by offering home-based and hyper-local jobs, empowering women to earn an income while balancing social and economic challenges to achieve financial independence and improve their quality of life.
In addition to her work with RANI Jobs, Tanvi is a key leader at Myna Mahila, an organization that has impacted over 1 million women by promoting health awareness and tackling stigmas related to women’s sexual and reproductive health in marginalized communities of Mumbai. Her innovative approach combines technology with social impact, driving sustainable change for women throughout India. She is also deeply passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, advocating for more inclusive opportunities for women in the workforce.
