Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of Karya’s datasets and services to clients, while driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Responsibilities
Data Delivery Management
- Manage the end-to-end data delivery process, ensuring efficient and seamless operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our Tech, Customer Success and Operations teams, to align on delivery requirements and timelines.
- Develop and implement best practices, processes, and tools to streamline data delivery workflows.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Client Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their data delivery needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with clients and the Customer Success team to understand their unique requirements and tailor data delivery solutions accordingly.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong client relationships.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data delivery and data management.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, driving efficiency and scalability within the data delivery team.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new data delivery offerings or enhancements to existing products and services.
Skillset
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data delivery, data management, or related roles
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing high-performing teams. - Strong understanding of data delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security practices.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and data delivery technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement.
