Support impact advisory practice and capacity building programs.
Responsibilities
- Developing workplans as part of a team to deliver high quality deliverables for our clients and partners.
- Providing qualitative, quantitative, and financial analysis, and research support on impact advisory and capacity building projects.
- Supporting problem solving to support clients address issues and deliver outcomes.
- Supporting workshop facilitation.
- Stakeholder engagement with client staff, partners, and beneficiaries.
- Coordination support (e.g. scheduling interviews, loading surveys into systems, etc).
- Preparing clear and compelling presentation materials and reports.
- Supporting business development as required (e.g. writing proposals, attending initial meetings with potential clients).
- Providing general support to the team as required.
Skillset
- Strong academic record including a graduate degree from a recognised program in Business, Social Science, Public Policy/Administration, Law, or other equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in problem solving or program management roles in a private sector, government or social impact organisation.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Project management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Market research.
- Highly motivated, action oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Cultural competency.
- Ability to use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in social impact or impact measurement desirable.
