Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies: Create and implement plans to foster a vibrant online community that aligns with OpenAI Academy’s mission and goals.
- Manage content roadmaps: Oversee the development and scheduling of educational content, ensuring it meets the needs of the community and aligns with broader organizational objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional contributors: Collaborate with internal teams, including content managers and developer advocates, to ensure cohesive and impactful community initiatives.
- Engage with external community ambassadors: Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and ambassadors to amplify OpenAI Academy’s reach and impact.
- Plan and host online events: Organize and execute virtual events, such as webinars, workshops, and community meetups, to educate and engage community members.
- Monitor and analyze community metrics: Track engagement and feedback to inform continuous improvement of community strategies and programs.
Skillset
- Online community management experience: A proven track record of developing and managing online communities, particularly in the tech or education sectors.
- Event production expertise: Hands-on experience planning and executing virtual events, including webinars, workshops, and community-led meetups.
- Content strategy and coordination skills: Ability to oversee content development, manage roadmaps, and ensure a consistent and engaging community experience.
