Focus on providing the data and analytics to measure the impact of Kate’s Club’s work.

Responsibilities

Data Management and Coordination

  • You will be responsible for all program and participation data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across our databases. This will include data entry, cleanup, and auditing of data, and data collection for assessments.

Reporting and Evaluation Support

  • Reporting out on our activity is critical for our donors, and this role will assist in generating data reports to track program impact. It will also track engagement and analyze trends across programs, along with other responsibilities.

Technology and systems support

  • This role will have deep technical expertise on the systems, including Salesforce, we utilize to gather and analyze data, and will help to troubleshoot any technical issues.
  • The person in this role will ensure data integrity and security is maintained at all times, and will provide support and training to other staff members as needed.

Skillset

  • A love of data – collecting, organizing, analyzing, and developing insights from it.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as data management, social sciences, public health, or nonprofit management, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of two years relevant experience in data management, program evaluation or nonprofit operations.
  • Experience in platforms including Apricot, Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Suite.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software such as SPSS, R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Knowledge of survey design, statistical analysis, and program evaluation methods is a plus.
