Build One Acre Fund’s vision on Data, BI, and AI to manage data flows and support a data-driven future – from making better business decisions to developing LLM chatbots.
Responsibilities
- Lead the way and manage data professionals, developing skillsets and team engagement, setting clear goals, managing career growth and performance.
- Provide Technical leadership to your team, selecting and implementing relevant tools to be part of our data stack.
- Create awareness and provide support and coaching to our organization on our portfolio of self-service datasets, tools, and reports.
- Perform evangelism to promote the value of a data-driven culture.
- Uphold our standards of quality, documentation, and delivery efficiency throughout our activity, and establish processes to enforce these.
- Ensure we have a clear, comprehensive data strategy, and ensure compliance to our data management policies.
Skillset
- 10+ years of experience in the software industry, including 5+ years in a data / BI role
Experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Superset, and data processing and querying languages (numpy, pandas, R, SQL). - Experience in machine learning algorithms and frameworks (TensorFlow, pytorch, scikit-learn, LangChain).
- User-focused mindset.
