Manage demand, development and delivery support for Enterprise Data and Reporting requirements
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the data strategy and architecture artefacts.
- Monitor the sector, technology, legal and regulatory environment needs and trends.
- Assess the data and analytics landscape across Trusts.
- Develop the target data architecture covering data models, master data management, AI/ML strategies for enablement.
- Review solution designs and ensure they are aligned to the information guidelines and standards.
- Ensure IT standards and processes are well defined and followed.
- Manage relationship with the functional teams.
- Provide inputs for IT annual planning.
- Debug and troubleshoot application-based issues and integrations.
- Maintain high quality documentation.
Skillset
- Strong understanding of Data Architecture, Data Warehouse design, BI reporting, and Dashboard development.
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau and databases like Snowflake, SQL Server.
- Knowledge of big data and analytics tools like R, Python, and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Non-profit sector systems and solutions is desirable.
- Problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges and customization requests.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 10 – 12 years of relevant IT experience. Delivered projects on data analytics and insights.
- Experience with SDLC, Agile, DevOps, ITIL.
- BE / BTech / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, another related discipline, or relevant experience.
