CodeYourFuture is building an AI-augmented training model to dismantle the systemic digital divide facing refugees and individuals from low-income backgrounds. Its mission is to help people from low-income backgrounds learn tech skills and change their lives — starting with coding, but extending across many different roles in the tech sector. The organization provides teaching, mentoring, and job search support within a strong, caring community, and works closely with employers and volunteers to ensure students are workplace-ready. While its community-led model successfully transitions marginalized talent into tech careers, manual operational bottlenecks — specifically repetitive code reviews and administrative tasks — currently limit its scale. CodeYourFuture’s aim is not simply to teach, but to help people build real careers and brighter futures.
