MICRA Indonesia (Microfinance Innovation Center for Resources and Alternatives) is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing financial inclusion, worker protection, and community development across Indonesia. Since its establishment, MICRA has collaborated with MFIs, factories, CSOs, and corporate partners to strengthen the economic resilience of women, youth, labour, farmers, and underserved communities. Through programs such as RISE Financial Health and StudentPreneur, MICRA develops practical, evidence-based solutions that improve financial capability, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods. The organization also promotes responsible digital innovation and data-driven approaches to increase the effectiveness, scalability, and long-term impact of its development programs.
