Regita M. Rusli is the Program Development & Alternatives Manager at MICRA Indonesia, where she leads the development of strategic partnerships and innovative programs that advance financial inclusion, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods across Indonesia. She oversees the design and implementation of initiatives focused on financial resilience, digital transformation, climate adaptation, and cooperative development, working closely with local communities, private sector partners, international organizations, and government stakeholders. As the Finverse Fellowship lead, Regita is driving MICRA’s AI-enabled digitalization initiative to strengthen the management of the RISE Financial Health Program and develop an AI-assisted qualitative assessment tool for the StudentPreneur program. The project aims to improve training coordination, participant engagement, behavior-change tracking, and lending readiness assessments through practical, scalable digital solutions.
