Agnes Gervacio is the CEO of Connected Women, with over three decades of leadership in IT and a deep commitment to digital inclusion and women’s empowerment. Her background includes significant roles at NEC, Eastern Telecoms, and Pacnet — notably as the first Filipino woman President of NEC Philippines. She previously served as CEO of Novare, guiding corporations through digital transformation, before taking the helm at Connected Women in October 2022, where she scales the organization’s Socially Responsible AI and Digital Tasks Outsourcing initiatives globally.

Gervacio holds a BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapúa Institute of Technology and a certificate in Design Thinking from MIT-Sloan School of Management. She chairs the DEI Committee for the Management Association of the Philippines, serves as a Trustee for PPCRV, and was named one of the 100 Most Influential Filipinas in the World for Innovation in 2015.
