Claudine Lim is the former Program Manager for the Epiverse initiative at data.org. Previous to this role, she lead the Principles for Digital Development initiative at the Digital Impact Alliance, United Nations Foundation, where she spearheaded the program’s direction, strategy, and impact through stakeholder engagement, capacity-building activities, and drove the end-to-end delivery of transformative projects.

She is passionate about building trusted and effective partnerships and networks across the digital development sector to transform communities through the application of technology and innovation. She was instrumental in growing the Digital Principles’ community of practice from 54 member organizations to over 300, composed of private sector actors, donor agencies, multilaterals, NGOs, and country governments. Among her accomplishments at DIAL, she established an accredited network of trainers in Keyna to scale the Digital Principles’ training and network of local champions within the country. 

Claudine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese History and Oceania’s Art History from UC Santa Cruz, a MA in International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and a MSc in Global Communications from the SI Newhouse School of Public Communications from Syracuse University.
