Fenna Hoefsloot is a Research Fellow (post-doc) in Regional Futures at UCL. She did her Ph.D. at the Department of Urban and Regional Planning and Geoinformation Management at the Faculty of Geoinformation Sciences and Earth Observation (ITC) at the University of Twente. In her doctoral research, Fenna took a relational approach to urban infrastructure and critically questioned what digital information technology can and cannot do and who is and who is not included in the digital representation of the city. Specifically, she has investigated the implementation and use of digital technologies in water governance in Lima, Peru.
