I would suggest that teams make sure they are collecting data that is going to help them solve an important strategic question.  There is no shortage of interesting questions to ask.  With limited resources, we must use our data, time, and energy that will provide us the ability to better meet our mission. Multiple data sets and a need to collect them can be pressing at first but doesn’t get you far. An intentional path to data collection and analysis can help make efficient decisions that ultimately deliver on your goals.
