Aras Jizan is the Founding Principal at NextLadder. Previously, he served as Director of Data and Technology for the Built for Zero initiative at Community Solutions, where he developed and deployed tools, systems, and training to empower communities to leverage data analytics in their work to end homelessness. He has also served as a member of The Agency Fund, a multi-donor collaborative, and as a strategy and operations consultant specializing in measurement and evaluation of food security projects in low- and middle-income countries. Aras holds degrees from the University of Toronto and UCLA and serves as Board Chair of Our Minds Matter, a nonprofit working toward the day when no teenager turns to suicide.
