Victor Ohuruogu, PhD, is Africa Regional Lead at the United Nations Foundation, where he leads country-level political and technical engagements that strengthen data ecosystems for sustainable development at national and sub-national levels. He previously served as Senior Africa Regional Manager for the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data (GPSDD), an initiative hosted by the United Nations Foundation, and as Markets Engagement Manager for West Africa at GSMA. Victor is based in Lagos, Nigeria.
