Kriss Deiglmeier is Splunk’s Chief Social Impact Officer. She has deep expertise in social innovation and a record of bringing businesses, government, and communities together to support impact solutions. As Splunk’s first Chief Social Impact Officer, Kriss is focused on leveraging Splunk’s unique position as the Data-to-Action company to drive social and environmental benefits. Kriss came to Splunk from Tides Network, where she was CEO of the global foundation. As CEO, Kriss led transformation toward a new vision, mission, and strategy that grew the organization from $200 million to $650 million in revenue in five years. As the founding Executive Director for the Center for Social Innovation (CSI) at Stanford, she established CSI as a global leader in the field.

She is recognized as a social innovator, is a frequent speaker at global events, and was listed among the “50 Most Influential Women in U.S. Philanthropy” by Philanthropy Insider. Kriss has guest-lectured at Stanford Graduate School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, Hitotsubashi University, Kyoto University, and Kyushu University. Kriss developed and taught the course, “Social Innovation through Corporate Social Responsibility,” at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

She received her BA from the University of Washington, and her MBA from UC Berkeley.
