Tenille Metti Bowling is a Communications Consultant at Swipe Out Hunger. Previously, she served as their Vice President of Communications leading the communications strategy for the organization. As someone deeply committed to food justice and equity, she is dedicated to expanding access to nutritious meals for students through Swipe Out Hunger’s programs. Prior to joining Swipe Out Hunger, Tenille was the Assistant Communications Manager at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. Over the course of her seven years there, Tenille served in the communications, programs, and grants management departments, supporting the organization’s mission in a variety of roles. Before the Hilton Foundation, Tenille worked at the Peace Development Fund, a San Francisco-based nonprofit, focused on community-based grantmaking for social justice. Tenille holds a Master of Public Diplomacy degree from the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Minor in Peace and Justice Studies from the University of San Francisco. In her free time, Tenille loves traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her pup Riley.
