A diverse panel of expert practitioners will envision the future of data talent development in a Web 3.0 world by unpacking the findings from Workforce Wanted: Data Talent for Social Impact, a groundbreaking report that identifies opportunities to train 3.5 million purpose-driven data professionals in low-resource contexts over the next 10 years. This discussion will explore the power of product innovation, ethical and equitable policy, and open-source curricula in creating diverse data talent.
