Scaling Climate Solutions: Data, AI, and India’s Energy Transformation
10:30 AM to 11:25 AM IST
West Wing Room 4 A, Bharat Mandapam,
New Delhi, 110001, India
About the session
There is immense potential to unlock the power of open data and AI to drive climate resilience and achieve India’s goals of net-zero emissions by 2070 and 500GW of renewable energy by 2030. To continue India’s significant strides toward this ambitious goal, climate and energy organizations must accelerate their digital transformation and leverage interdisciplinary Climate x AI talent to break siloes.
This session will bring together experts to explore key ingredients for a thriving climate, energy data, and AI ecosystem. Together, speakers and audience members will surface inclusive solutions, share real-world examples—from hyperlocal climate data for urban planning to interoperable data architecture for electricity boards—and identify replicable models that align with India’s emerging India Energy Stack.
