Epiverse Fellowship Program

Supporting the adoption of Epiverse in Africa

On February 12, 2025, data.org is launching its Epiverse Fellowship Program. We are now accepting applications to support the adoption of Epiverse in Africa, particularly in 10 African countries: Côte d’Ivoire, The Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, and Togo.

Applications will be accepted until March 7, 2025.

The fellowship program is designed to empower early to mid-career professionals who are passionate about adopting and implementing tools and solutions in their communities and countries to address critical challenges in pandemic and epidemic response and preparedness. Our tools specifically support rapid data analysis and reporting capabilities and foster sustainable development.

As an Epiverse Fellow, you will lead efforts to champion the adoption of the Epiverse suite of tools into your local context, building local capacity, facilitating knowledge exchange, driving innovation, and creating measurable impact. This is your chance to support your community and join a global network of changemakers who contribute to building the future of public health intelligence.

Why Apply?

  • Access funding: Your contributions are invaluable. As a fellow, you’ll receive an appropriate stipend to support your efforts to drive the adoption of Epiverse in your country, coordinate activities, and engage with your peers.
  • Build Expertise: Participate in the Epiverse Training Program on outbreak analytics, data science, advocacy, and impact measurement.
  • Receive Mentorship: Work with top experts within the field.
  • Expand Your Network: Connect with other fellows, Epiverse TRACE partners, and stakeholders from around the world.
