Jeremiah was a member of the inaugural cohort of the Morehouse Community Data Fellowship, and he is currently in his second year of the fellowship. He joined as a first-year student as an undecided major. Jeremiah conducted research across two project modules. His primary module focused on the analysis of a population-level data on fatal police interactions in the United States. His individual project utilized sentiment and textual analysis in R on the speeches of Martin Luther King, Jr., a Morehouse College alumnus, leading up to his assassination in 1968. Jeremiah has presented this research to AUCC faculty and his student colleagues.
